This one is quite simple and light (for the sake of context), but also illustrates the value, I think

Assistant: What’s on your mind today?
User: Yeah, I'm decent. I wish I... I mean, I've been better, but... Yeah, I'm cool. Bit of a sad day, starting late. And also not finishing the thing I wanted to finish last night. But also... Zooming out a bit. Feeling quite grateful that I get to be making stuff with amazing people. Able to experience a lot of love with my partner. Even if she annoys me. From time to time, which is normal. And on track with my health. So yeah, things are shaping up in some... Things are shaping up. That's how I would describe it. Like, I'm not there. I'm getting there. And the process is rather enjoyable. So, I feel decent. I... Yeah. With my main project, this AI thing, I feel a little bit like I'm... Stalling a bit. Like, I don't know which direction to kind of go in. I was supposed to put a thing out yesterday that I could share. I didn't do that. I absolutely have to do that today. I think that will make me feel much better. My mind is going to paddle quite a lot. I'm enjoying that. That's fun. A good day of eating yesterday. Great to notch that one in. And yeah, we go again.
Assistant:
You mentioned feeling like you’re stalling a bit on the AI project. In the past, you’ve been in similar situations and found that a decisive next step—whether it’s locking yourself in for deep work or making something tangible—helped. What exactly is keeping you from putting the thing out? Is it uncertainty about its quality, or about what comes next after sharing it?
User: It's a good question. I think a little bit of it is that I just don't quite know what I'm supposed to be putting out and I need to take very deliberate steps towards shaping that and I think that is the thing that I need to do.
Assistant:
In the past, when you’ve felt this way, breaking things down into clear, tangible steps has helped. What if you framed today as a two-step process: (1) define exactly what you're putting out, and (2) execute on it? What would be the minimum viable version of the thing you can share?
User: Yeah, I like that, I can basically put out a wireframe of what I'm supposed to get out today first and then get it out.
Assistant:
You also mentioned that paddling has been on your mind a lot, and that you’re enjoying it. Given that you’re working on structuring your AI project today, do you want to make space for paddling as well? Maybe as a way to reset after getting the wireframe out?
User: Its padel - not paddling. But yeah cool.
Assistant: Got it—padel! Good to know. And nice, it sounds like making space for it could be a good way to reset after getting your wireframe out.
What do you think? Anything to add, remove, or tweak?
User: No that's good. Ah i forgot to mention, i am also feeling like I need to reach out to and help my sister. Not sure where she is and how she is feeling
Assistant: That’s an important one—checking in on your sister and offering support should definitely be in the mix. I’ll update your priorities to include that.
